Rebecca is an assistant solicitor in the Residential Property Department at JD Law.
Prior to joining JD Law and since qualifying in 2007 Rebecca worked with a firm specialising in property law and this has given her in-depth knowledge in all areas of residential property from sale and purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions and new builds. Rebecca acts for first time buyers through to developers, investors and lenders. Rebecca has also acted for a number of charities, dealing with the additional due diligence and statutory requirements in that area and has experience in Court of Protection applications, Will drafting and Lasting Power of Attorney affairs.
Rebecca always works hard with her clients on all transactions to ensure her client’s needs are met and the transaction is progressed efficiently.
Away from the office Rebecca enjoys exploring the City and trying to keep fit; she can regularly be found relaxing at Yoga classes in Queens Park, jogging along the Grand Union canal or Regents Park. Having recently completed a half marathon aspirations have now turned toward a full marathon in 2012. She is also a keen volunteer and trustee of the Samaritans.
